Island Rehabilitative Services began on Staten Island in 1979 with a 12 station unit.  We have been treating patients from the surrounding New York and New Jersey communities for twenty-five years now.  Dialysis has changed quite a bit during those twenty-five years and so have we.  We now have state of the art facilities in Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Manhattan. We are constantly upgrading our dialysis equipment and the services we provide.  A good deal of our professional staffers have been with us since the very beginning- as have many of our patients! 

Island Rehab also maintains management contracts with a variety of providers... the N.Y.S. prison system,  major hospitals as well as free standing dialysis centers.
